MIS+UNDERSTANDING''In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful''
This might be a lame story for certain of you... Old doesn't mean useless ^_^

Caller : Hello, can I speak to Annie Wan?
Operator : Yes, u can speak to me.
Caller : No, I want to speak to Annie Wan.
Operator : Yes, I understand u want to speak to anyone. U can speak to me. Who is this?
Caller : I'm Sam Wan. I want to tell to Annie Wan that our brother Noe Wan was involved in an accident. Noe Wan got injured and Noe Wan has being sent to hospital.
Operator : Look, if no one was injured and no one was sent to hospital, then the accident isn't an urgent matter. U may find this hilarious but I don't have time for this.
Caller : U are so rude. Who are you?
Operator : I'm Saw Ree.
Caller : Yes! U should be sorry. Now, give me your name!!!
Operator : That's what I said. I'm Saw Ree.
Caller : Oh....God...
Operator : Yes, u can speak to me.

Oh, yes..pretty hilarious right??
So, as I giggled while reading through this joke. I promise to myself that I shall strive for clarity in communication. Maybe we can study this hadith in communication skill:
" Anas Ibn Malik reported that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say something, he would repeat 3 times so that it would be understood. When he came to people, he would great them 3 times.'' (Al-Bukhari)
Subhanallah.... InsyaAllah, we try to speak clearly to avoid any misunderstanding... Amiin...
